On April 8, 2025, we held our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2024 financial year at Plant II, Serang, Banten. President Commissioner Mr. Marsetio and CEO Mr. Tandean Rustandy presided over the event which was attended by all members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, shareholders, as well as a number of business partners.

The forum decided upon five resolutions, including the validation of all reports; the disbursement of cash dividends of Rp43 per share, totaling to a payout ratio of 74 percent of the net profit in 2024; and appointing public accounting firm Purwantono, Sungkoro and Surja as auditor of our financial statements for the 2025 financial year. We also held a public expose which was presented by COO Mr. Edy Suyanto and CFO Mr. Rudy Sujanto.
