- Recruitment:

- Conduct manpower needs analysis (manpower planning).
- Prepare and post job vacancies on various platforms.
- Screen and select applications (CV screening and initial HR interview).
- Arrange schedules and coordinate interviews with users.
- Handle administrative processes and onboarding for new employees.
- Manage candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Training and Development:

- Identify employee training needs (training needs analysis) for each department.
- Prepare annual training plans and schedules.
- Organize training sessions (internal & external) and handle related administration.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training result reports.
- Job Qualifications:
-
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and training.
- Good understanding of general HR processes, especially recruitment, and training and development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (an advantage).
- Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java.
