Job Description:

  • Recruitment:
    • Conduct manpower needs analysis (manpower planning).
    • Prepare and post job vacancies on various platforms.
    • Screen and select applications (CV screening and initial HR interview).
    • Arrange schedules and coordinate interviews with users.
    • Handle administrative processes and onboarding for new employees.
    • Manage candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify employee training needs (training needs analysis) for each department.
    • Prepare annual training plans and schedules.
    • Organize training sessions (internal & external) and handle related administration.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training result reports.
  • Job Qualifications:
    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and training.
    • Good understanding of general HR processes, especially recruitment, and training and development.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (an advantage).
    • Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java.
