As we approach the final days of 2024, we have just concluded our year-end management work meeting with a renewed commitment, a set of new targets and objectives, and the spirit to overcome future challenges. Held on December 19-20, 2024, at our Arwana Ceramics Training Center in Cipanas, Cianjur, West Java, the two-day event featured full-year performance reports, and presentations of work plans for 2025, by our vice presidents, factory-wide managers, and department managers, as well as full-year overviews and strategic directions by our Board of Directors. The work meeting was closed with a symbolic signing of our 2025 targets and commitments by all meeting participants as we continue to build upon our achievements and learning experiences throughout the year.
