Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all facility and factory machine installation, repair, and maintenance operations.
2. Coordinate the work of technical employees during routine facility and factory machine maintenance.
3. Plan for detailed repair, maintenance, and machine control.
4. Manage the employee performance management process in the development and achievement of KPIs.
5. Collaborate and coordinate with other departments.
6. Coordinate, direct, and supervise the work of the team.
7. Meet and achieve company targets.
8. Control maintenance cost reduction.
9. Control productivity targets.
10. Understand PLC, Mechanical and Electrical skills.
11. Can create and read machine drawings and wiring diagrams.
12. Supervise spare parts inventory and control equipment assets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
2. Must have an understanding of and experience implementing predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
3. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing industry.
4. Familiar with CMMS.
5. Can read engineering drawings.
6. Placement in East Java.
