Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
2. Collaborate with related departments regarding corrective and preventive actions related to product quality and safety nonconformities.
3. Design and review product or process specifications to meet targets.
4. Conduct periodic internal audits related to compliance with standards and regulations.
5. Develop human resources regarding quality awareness to improve general knowledge across all departments.
6. Develop and manage training for critical product safety and quality requirements, document, and maintain a training list for all relevant stakeholders.
