Job Description:

  1. Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and HR documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  2. Support HR processes such as recruitment administration, onboarding, attendance, and payroll-related documentation.
  3. Handle expatriate (Tenaga Kerja Asing/TKA) administration, including coordination of travel tickets, accommodation, and supporting documents in collaboration with the Legal team for permits/visa processes.
  4. Prepare HR reports (daily, monthly) and provide administrative support to HR projects or initiatives.
  5. Prepare and assist in Employee Engagement Programs to improve employee motivation and workplace culture.
  6. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR documentation and processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as HR Admin or in a similar role (manufacturing industry background is a plus).
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  3. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  4. Strong knowledge of HR administration, including employee data management, contracts, and HR documentation.
  5. Experienced in handling expatriate (TKA) administration.
  6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
  7. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Able to work both independently and within a team.
