On April 8, 2026, we held our 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Plant II, Serang, Banten, with all six voting agendas approved by the forum. The resolutions of the meeting included the validation of our 2025 Annual Report and Annual Financial Statements; the disbursement of cash dividend in the amount of IDR45.00 per share; the appointment of public accounting firm Purwanto Susanti and Surja as auditor of our Annual Financial Statements for the 2026 financial year; and holding a buyback of shares for the period of April 9, 2026, to April 9, 2027.
