Job Description:

1. Assist the Head of Division in the process of risk identification.
2. Support the implementation of risk assessments conducted by the Head of Division to determine the likelihood and potential impact of risks.
3. Contribute to the development of risk mitigation plans, including the formulation of strategic measures to minimize potential impacts.
4. Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of risks to ensure the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
5. Support the formulation and management of risk management policies in accordance with organizational guidelines.
6. Participate in the preparation of periodic risk reports to be submitted to management.
7. Play an active role in enhancing awareness and understanding of risk management within the organization through internal communication and outreach activities.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1), and experience in a supervisory position or an equivalent functional role.
2. Possesses certificate on risk management.
3. Has relevant work experience in the field of risk management or other related areas.
4. Demonstrates the ability to design and implement risk management strategies effectively and sustainably.
5. Has the ability to identify, evaluate, and manage risks that may arise in various operational aspects of the organization.
6. Willing to be placed in any of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk’s operational areas, including Jakarta, Tangerang, Serang, Gresik, Mojokerto, and Ogan Ilir.
