Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with related departments regarding corrective and preventive actions related to product quality and safety nonconformities.
- Design and review product or process specifications to meet targets.
- Conduct periodic internal audits related to compliance with standards and regulations.
- Develop human resources regarding quality awareness to improve general knowledge across all departments.
- Develop and manage training for critical product safety and quality requirements, document, and maintain a training list for all relevant stakeholders.
