Job Description:

1. Lead and manage all cost estimation activities for technical and infrastructure projects within the factory area (plants and other supporting facilities).
2. Analyze project requirements based on technical drawings, specifications, and field data.
3. Conduct analysis of work volume, material requirements, labor, and project equipment.
4. Prepare accurate and efficient Budget Plans (RAB) and Work Implementation Budgets (RAP).
5. Read, interpret, and create technical drawings (estimation drawings) using AutoCAD or SketchUp.
6. Monitor project implementation progress to ensure alignment between field progress, work plans, and established budgets.
7. Provide cost estimation reports and recommendations as a basis for project decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of experience in project cost estimation, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
3. Experience in handling factory facility construction or renovation projects.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Willing to be assigned to factories in Serang (Banten) and Ogan Ilir (South Sumatra).
