Job Description:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage all HR functions: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and Training.
- Formulate and implement talent acquisition and recruitment strategies that meet business needs.
- Ensure the integrity of HR systems and databases, as well as compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and adherence to labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimal education is a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
- Understand HR metrics, systems, and labor laws.
- Experienced in performance management, compensation and benefits package development, and General Affairs (GA) operations.
- Possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
