Job Description:

  1. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals.
  2. Manage all HR functions: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and Training.
  3. Formulate and implement talent acquisition and recruitment strategies that meet business needs.
  4. Ensure the integrity of HR systems and databases, as well as compliance with labor laws.
  5. Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and adherence to labor laws.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimal education is a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
  2. Experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
  3. Understand HR metrics, systems, and labor laws.
  4. Experienced in performance management, compensation and benefits package development, and General Affairs (GA) operations.
  5. Possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  6. High integrity, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
