Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create routine maintenance schedules (preventive maintenance) for all machines and facilities.
- Develop repair strategies (corrective maintenance) for equipment breakdowns.
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team in performing daily tasks.
- Evaluate team performance and provide technical training and coaching.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and SHE departments to ensure smooth operations and workplace safety.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding equipment condition and maintenance team performance.
- Analyze machine failure data to identify root causes and long-term solutions.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement programs in the Maintenance field.
- Supervise spare parts inventory management to ensure availability as needed.
- Control asset usage and monitor the technical lifespan of equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Skilled in designing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Strong understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
- Strong leadership skills to manage technicians and coordinate across departments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving (troubleshooting) skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to prepare technical reports for management.
- Results-oriented with a focus on work efficiency.
- Able to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Possess certifications in maintenance or engineering (Certified Maintenance Manager – CMM or TPM preferred)
