Qualifications:

1. Identify and map potential hazards throughout the company’s premises.
2. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience as an HSE Officer in a manufacturing company.
4. Knowledgeable in HIRADC, PPE inspection, fire extinguisher (APAR) checks, first aid (P3K), and 5R implementation.
5. Experienced in preparing and delivering safety talks or HSE training.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting.
7. Possesses certifications in General Occupational Health and Safety (AK3 Umum), First Aid, or Fire Fighting (considered an advantage).
8. Communicative, meticulous, disciplined, and responsible.
