Job Description:

1. Identify and map potential hazards throughout all areas of the company.
2. Conduct daily inspections regarding the condition and availability of PPE, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits, and prepare Inspection Reports.
3. Implement safety talk programs/OHS training for all employees.
4. Responsible for the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) program within the company.
5. Implement the 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain)/Good Housekeeping program in all company areas.

Job Qualifications:

1. Placement in Mojokerto and Gresik, East Java.
2. Minimum education: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety/Environmental Engineering (Required).
3. Understanding of labor regulations, OHS, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, emergency response, and first aid.
4. Possess General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum) certification (Required).
5. Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
6. Experience in handling work at heights, confined spaces, etc.
7. Responsible, firm, detail-oriented, able to work well in a team, and has good analytical skills.
