Job Description:
- Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and HR documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support HR processes such as recruitment administration, onboarding, attendance, and payroll-related documentation.
- Handle expatriate (Tenaga Kerja Asing/TKA) administration, including coordination of travel tickets, accommodation, and supporting documents in collaboration with the Legal team for permits/visa processes.
- Prepare HR reports (daily, monthly) and provide administrative support to HR projects or initiatives.
- Prepare and assist in Employee Engagement Programs to improve employee motivation and workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR documentation and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as HR Admin or in a similar role (manufacturing industry background is a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, including employee data management, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Experienced in handling expatriate (TKA) administration.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
