Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate procurement activities of goods and services to support effective production operations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance of supply.
- Analyze market trends, prices, and availability of raw materials to optimize procurement strategies.
- Develop and implement efficient procurement procedures and policies in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor and control the procurement budget to ensure efficient use and cost control.
- Manage the procurement team, provide guidance, develop competencies, and ensure high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement functions within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Understanding of best practices and current trends in supply chain and procurement management.
- Strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using Odoo applications and ERP systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of procurement-related laws and regulations in Indonesia.
