Last August 28, 2026, was a particularly special date as we had the honor of having our newly-constructed Plant 4D factory in Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra, inaugurated by the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army, General Maruli Simanjuntak.

This momentous occasion was marked by a simultaneous push of a siren button by General Maruli Simanjuntak, Regent of Ogan Ilir Mr. Panca Wijaya Akbar, and our Boards of Commissioners and Directors, as well as the signing of an inauguration plaque by the Army Chief of Staff, while other activities included speeches, factory tour, tree-planting ceremony, and dinner.

Following the overhaul of its kiln to switch from double-firing to single-firing production, as well as other modifications, Line 3 of our Plant 5A is now ready for production. To mark this phase, on August 8, 2026, our CEO Mr. Tandean Rustandy, VP of Tech Mr. Lim Tjhiu Iong, and Plant Manager Mr. Setyo Wahyu Handoni led the ceremony of starting the line’s press machine. In attendance were representatives from the machine supplier, as well as our employees.

On July 28, 2026, we held a ceremonial kiln ignition event to mark the completion of the installation of a new kiln unit on one of the production lines of our Plant 5A, located in Mojokerto, East Java. The event, led by Chief Financial Officer Mr. Rudy Sujanto, was attended by the management personnel of Plant V, as well as guests consisting of representatives from the kiln unit’s supplier.

A significant investment made to replace the kiln was aimed at improving production efficiency, particularly in relation to energy cost, through the switch from a double-firing to a single-firing kiln. With it, we also recorded our fastest time for completing a project of this type – an installation completed in just 26 days.

On June 4-7, 2026, we participated in the KERAMIKA Indonesia 2026 exhibition with an extensive booth featuring our ARNA and UNO products. Held at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK 2, in Tangerang, Banten, we had the pleasure of engaging many visitors stemming from across the building materials industry and market, and beyond – from government officials; distributors, stores, and other businesses within the building materials supply chain; to architects, interior designers, as well as curious homeowners. Overall, interest and curiosity was high, and it was a great opportunity to tell visitors more about our products.

On May 7, 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting an industrial visit from faculty members and students of the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business. This particular college itself is both familiar and special as our CEO Mr. Tandean Rustandy is an alumnus, and it is also among the top-ranked business schools in the U.S. For this visit, we held a number of activities, including a corporate presentation session from our CFO Mr. Rudy Sujanto, a factory tour, as well as lunch and photo sessions.

On April 8, 2026, we held our 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Plant II, Serang, Banten, with all six voting agendas approved by the forum. The resolutions of the meeting included the validation of our 2025 Annual Report and Annual Financial Statements; the disbursement of cash dividend in the amount of IDR45.00 per share; the appointment of public accounting firm Purwanto Susanti and Surja as auditor of our Annual Financial Statements for the 2026 financial year; and holding a buyback of shares for the period of April 9, 2026, to April 9, 2027.

On October 17, 2025, in Jembrana, Bali, our COO Mr. Edy Suyanto formalized the donation of 10 thousand square meters of ceramics tiles for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the Jembrana region, by signing a memorandum of understanding with Ms. Reni Yanita as the Director General of Small, Medium and Diverse Industries of the Ministry of Industry. This donation continues upon similar initiatives that we have carried out in recent years in other regions, in which the tiles were to be used for building and maintaining hygienic kitchens utilized by the MSMEs.

Our COO himself underlines the commitment behind this initiative. “We will continue to work to establish and maintain collaborations with various institutions to ensure continuity and sustainability. PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk’s aspiration is to contribute to national development — one of which we are doing here in Jembrana, Bali,” he said in his remarks.

The ceremony was held at the auditorium of the Jembrana Weaving Center Building, and was also attended by the Regent of Jembrana, Mr. I Made Kembang Hartawan, and other officials from the regional government.

On September 9, 2025, we hosted a visit from a group of Pangolin Investment Management executives and investors at Plant V, Mojokerto, East Java. Among the executives were Directors Mr. Vinchel Budihardjo, Mr. Irvan Mondro, and Mr. James Hay, while the investors came from countries such as the US, UK, Germany and Switzerland. CEO Mr. Tandean Rustandy, CFO Mr. Rudy Sujanto, and VP of Operations Mr. Djoto Martin welcomed and led the group for a number of activities, including presentation sessions, factory tour, and lunch.
