  1. Mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi HR yang selaras dengan tujuan perusahaan.<\/li>\n
  2. Mengelola seluruh fungsi HR: Rekrutmen, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations, Manajemen Kinerja, dan Pelatihan.<\/li>\n
  3. Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi pencarian serta perekrutan talenta yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis.<\/li>\n
  4. Memastikan sistem, database HR, serta kepatuhan terhadap hukum ketenagakerjaan selalu terjaga.<\/li>\n
  5. Menangani hubungan karyawan, termasuk disiplin dan kepatuhan terhadap hukum ketenagakerjaan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Kualifikasi:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, Hukum, atau bidang terkait.<\/li>\n
    2. Pengalaman sebagai HR Manager atau HR Executive.<\/li>\n
    3. Memahami metrik HR, sistem, dan hukum ketenagakerjaan.<\/li>\n
    4. Berpengalaman dalam manajemen kinerja, penyusunan paket compensation and benefits, serta operasional General Affairs (GA).<\/li>\n
    5. Memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan, problem-solving, dan interpersonal yang baik.<\/li>\n
    6.
